Amazon launches new paper parcels, the raw materials are these...

Amazon recently launched an innovative paper envelope designed to reduce unnecessary packaging. The envelope uses shock-absorbing material on the inner layer and specially designed lightweight paper on the outer layer, which can effectively protect the package while taking environmental protection into consideration. This new envelope is the result of a joint research and development between Amazon and packaging industry expert Mondi. Its birth means that traditional plastic bubble film is expected to be completely replaced. The inner layer of the envelope has multiple ridges, making the packaging process more convenient, and the corrugated lining can effectively absorb the impact during transportation.

Amazon said that this envelope not only meets customers' needs for recyclable packaging of suitable size, but also minimizes waste and ensures that the package is delivered to consumers intact. According to statistics, compared with cartons of the same size, the weight of this new envelope can be reduced by an average of 44 grams, thereby reducing transportation costs and carbon emissions.

"We stopped using traditional bubble envelopes in Europe a few years ago. It is a huge challenge for us to develop a paper package that is both light and flexible, provides the same protection, and is fully recyclable. Today, we have successfully achieved low weight and maximum protection with 100% recyclable paper envelopes, which makes us very proud."

The latest news shows that more than half of Amazon's European orders now use recyclable simple packaging, such as paper bags or paper envelopes.

The packaging paper bag launched by Amazon is made of corrugated paper inside and kraft paper, light paper or envelope paper outside. Golden Paper can provide these raw materials. If you want to make the same packaging, please feel free to inquire.
